保洁人员把垃圾箱体拖出来放置路边等待收运车收运，由于早晨是堵车高峰期，也是市民出行高峰期，垃圾产生量大，收运不及时。周边住户把提出来的垃圾乱丢，给你带来困扰深表歉意。目前我局已安排收运人员处理了现场，接下来我局加强管理，加大收运力度，垃圾收运尽量安排错峰出行。感谢你对城管工作的理解和支持。
