wrap;">根据治理电视“套娃”收费和操作复杂工作部署要求，国家广播电视总局、工业和信息化部、国家市场监督管理总局、中国消费者协会决定开展电视收看“明白卡”提示工作。自2023年11月起，各电视机生产厂商要将制作完成的《电视收看“明白卡”》装入电视机包装箱内的说明材料中，同时在电商销售页面、线下实体销售和厂商入户安装电视机过程中，将“明白卡”内容向用户明确展示，并告知用户只有开通有线电视或IPTV方可收看电视直播频道节目。</p><p
