-webkit-text-fill-color: transparent;">关于我们</p></section></section><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.5em;">武隆区华岩应急救援队是中国民间专业、独立的纯公益应急救援机构。武隆区华岩应急救援队于2023年开始筹建，2023年12月正式注册成立，是武隆区民政局注册的首支纯公益民间社会救援力量。我队现有正式队员30名，志愿者100余名，入队积极分子15名，其中有过兵役记录约10名，有过消防服役记录4名，持有红十字救护师资资格5名，初级森林消防员资格10名，应急救援员9名，无人机驾驶员资格证2名，水域高级教练证1名，绳索专业教练员1名，无线电操作员4名，公众卫生应急技能证2名、红十字救护员若干，其它专项技能人才若干。</p><p style="font-weight: 400; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.5em;">武隆区华岩应急救援队作为社会公益救援力量，协助政府部门开展水域救援、城市救援、重大灾害救援等工作，同时协助各部门开展应急救援培训、减灾救灾培训，参与各类大型活动的保障和秩序维护。经过近一年的发展与实际救援，已经形成了一个建立在风险处理及预防基础上的综合性应急管理体系，单位目标是成为一个涵盖生命救援、人道救助、灾害预防、应急反应能力提升、灾后恢复和减灾等各个领域的专业化的人道救援机构。自组织筹建以来，先后参加了“重庆大足820”山火、“白云”山火救援、“平桥”山火救援等应急救援工作，协助区委、区政府完成多项应急救援任务和大型演练活动，极大地降低了各类灾害损失，保护了人民群众生命与财产安全，受到区委、区政府的充分肯定。</p><p class="qf_image big noneditable" contenteditable="false"></p><p style="font-weight: 400;"> </p><p style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5em;">1、年满18周岁，60岁以下，无违法犯罪记录，遵守国家法律、法规，无重大遗传疾病史，无重大外伤史。品行端正、富有爱心、责任心强、热心公益的志愿者。</p><p style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5em;">2、认同华岩救援队理念，具备团队意识；不计利益得失，有一定的时间和技能，自愿、积极参与队务活动及救援行动。</p><p style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5em;">3、吃苦耐劳，乐于奉献，愿意以自己的时间、资源（包括车辆、通讯设备、技能等）无偿地参加救援和其他公益活动。</p><p style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5em;">4、党员、退伍军人、律师、户外运动爱好者、业余无线电爱好者，以及从事医疗、新闻报道、文字编辑、摄影职业等具有相关技能的人员。</p><p style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5em;">01.救援组职责：</p><p style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5em;">救援组是救援队最重要的行动部门，下设水域组、山地组、城搜组。日常需按要求参加救援知识培训和体能训练，在救援行动中能较迅速响应号召，参与救援行动。</p><p style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5em;">02.秘书组职责：</p><p style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5em;">负责救援队内部行政工作的具体执行和落实，与支持救援队的各方社会力量保持联系和沟通。</p><p style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5em;">03.宣传组职责：</p><p style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5em;">负责救援队活动及重大事宜的新闻采编和宣传报道、各类新媒体媒体平台文稿内容的更新维护以及运营维护工作、相关平面宣传品和宣传视频的设计制作。</p><p style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5em;">04.后勤组职责：</p><p style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5em;">日常负责救援队各类装备的养护、保管；救援行动中负责救援物资的准备。</p><p class="qf_image big noneditable" contenteditable="false"></p><p style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5em;">他们在平凡小事中书写奉献与爱的故事，他们用沾满泥土的脚步丈量着人生价值，他们依然坚守岗位守护着万家灯火平安，岁月因青春慨然以赴而静好，世间因你们挺身上前而瑰丽，一座有爱的城市，一抹可爱的志愿红，他们当大型群众性活动需要保障时，是他们，在现场维持秩序，保障安全，做好各项应急对策；当社区、学校、企业需要应急培训、安全培训时，是他们，倾尽所能孜孜不倦的教导大家；当需要山野、水域、等救援时，是他们，不辞辛苦、全力以赴的拯救生命！ </p><p style="font-weight: 400;
