letter-spacing: 1px;">在社交平台，也有多位网友反映称，被人以相同形式诱导带去军康中医院。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 1px;">女网友“小兰薯”晒出自己向军康中医院支付的3000多元截图表示，自己最近带妈妈去新桥医院看病，是提前在医院挂好专家号，取号时间内，被人盯上。“有人告诉我挂号不对，应该去军康中医院找专家罗医生，期间，三四个不同的人来为我们推荐军康中医院，去了之后，医生说是慢性病得长期治疗，不然容易抑郁，于是在医生引导下，开了一堆药，付款3000多元，回家网上一搜价格惊到了。”她表示，网络平台显示，这些药品售价在几元到十几元不等。她找到医生退款，最终成功退款。她还向记者表示，之所以分享出来，只想让更多人“避雷”，她表示，“如果有类似经历，一定要去医院退款！”</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 1px;">如果“医托”还通过恐吓、威胁或者要挟及其他暴力措施，迫使患者前去就诊，那么，就可能同时涉嫌敲诈勒索、强迫交易等犯罪。与医托合作的医疗诊所、医馆或者“医学专家”等，如未取得相关医疗资质或者执业资格，还可能涉嫌非法行医犯罪。“医托”往往不是个人行事，往往有一定的组织，且内部分工明确，往往会针对年纪大的患者或者身患重症的患者实施违法犯罪行为。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;
