那段路经常出事故！的确很多行人不守规矩，但只要是有人行横道上，驾驶员就罪大恶极！何况本来就是小城市，过马路的老人小孩行动不便，怎么反应得过来！
我觉得，对于在城区人行横道撞人的，应该上限处罚或承担刑事责任！
