line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">此次被终生禁驾的驾驶员，系饮酒后或者醉酒驾驶机动车发生重大交通事故构成犯罪、或者是造成交通事故后逃逸构成犯罪的，上述人员已被法院依法判决，公安交管部门依法吊销机动车驾驶证，且终生不得重新取得机动车驾驶证。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.21428em; line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;
