致敬张承芸奶奶

凤山街道红豆社区，有一位备受尊敬的退役军人——张承芸奶奶。

几十年来，她始终如一，默默奉献。为部队官兵与困难居民缝制布鞋，这看似平凡之举，却饱含无尽的温暖与关爱。近十年来，她已先后送出2000余双布鞋，每一双都承载着她的深情厚意。

她的事迹广为流传，不仅获得区各类媒体、市级媒体的关注，《中国国防报》《解放军报》《中国武警报》等纷纷予以报道，退役军人事务部也对其进行宣传。

张承芸奶奶以实际行动诠释了退役军人的风采与担当，她先后获得区最美笑脸、区最美退役军人，她是武隆退役军人的荣耀，更是我们学习的楷模！
