行政和财务大概率是高学历，是管理人员工资，降薪很厉害（平均降薪3.43万/月），不过高管基数也高，无法平均。
生产人员加薪，平均每人每月大约1.54万，比23年每月增加1800元（平均）可以大概确定这部分人员是中专高中及以下的学历。
关键是技术人员，这部分人做研发的，应该是高学历的那部分人，平均月工资23年8600元，24年1.17万/月。
