南城中央广场脏乱差，到底该谁管？

旁边农贸市场是有摊位，但是那里面封闭不通风，还闷热，去买个菜都要深呼吸一口气才有勇气进去。没人去，就卖不出去，所以大家才一窝蜂在外面了。互相理解一下，大环境不好的情况下，大家都不容易，多点包容吧！
