border-bottom-style: solid !important; border-bottom-color: transparent !important;"></section></section><p> </p><p>武隆区华岩应急救援队，是在应急管理部门指导下登记备案的本土综合性社会公益应急队伍。</p><p>队伍常年配合属地街道、各职能部门开展各类应急志愿服务，业务范围包含：山地搜救、失踪人员搜寻、水域应急救援、森林火情辅助处置、各类隐患排危处置、突发事件现场支援、应急综合演练、急救与防灾技能科普培训、大型活动安全保障等。所有救援处置服务全部免费公益。</p><p> </p><p>经过多年实战历练，队内现已划分无人机组、后勤组、机动组、秘书组、宣传组、培训组六大职能小组，从前线现场处置、空中技术侦察，到物资保障、行政内务、对外宣传、科普培训，形成一套分工明确、运转完整的运行体系。队员来自各行各业，利用业余时间参与训练、备勤、出任务，在一次次实战当中践行公益救援的初心。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"></p><section style="margin: 5px auto; border-bottom-style: solid !important; border-bottom-color: transparent !important;"></section></section><p> </p><p><strong>>机动组（前线处置）</strong></p><p>队伍一线主力处置力量，主要参与山地搜救、人员搜寻、水域辅助救援、森林火情前期处置、隐患排危、各类突发任务现场作业；需要能够随时响应集结，可适应户外、山地、野外高强度作业。</p><p>适合：体能较好、执行力强、愿意奔赴任务一线人员，退伍军人、有户外、水域相关经验优先。</p><p> </p><p><strong>>无人机组（技术侦察）</strong></p><p>运用无人机开展空中巡查、山地搜救航拍、火情勘察、灾情侦察、任务现场影像采集；负责无人机设备日常维护、常态化飞行训练。</p><p>适合：会无人机操作、愿意学习飞行技术，有航拍经验者优先，零基础可参加队内系统培训。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"></p><p><strong>>宣传组（记录传播）</strong></p><p>外出任务跟拍摄影、现场素材记录、短视频拍摄剪辑、新闻素材整理、公众号推文编辑、队伍对外宣传、新媒体账号运营。</p><p>适合：会拍照摄像、剪辑、文案写作、运营短视频账号，热爱记录的伙伴。</p><p> </p><p><strong>>后勤组（物资保障）</strong></p><p>救援装备、水域装备、防火物资、应急物资清点、管理、维护；任务出车、装备转运、现场物资补给，队内库房管理。</p><p>适合：做事细心踏实、善于整理管理物资、有驾驶经验人员优先。</p><p> </p><p><strong>>秘书组（内务行政）</strong></p><p>队员档案管理、值班登记、各类台账资料整理、对内通知联络、会议记录、对接各单位报送材料、日常行政事务。</p><p>适合：做事严谨细致，熟练基础办公软件，有文职经验优先。</p><p> </p><p><strong>>培训组（技能授课）</strong></p><p>协助组织队内日常技能训练，面向社区、学校、单位开展应急科普宣讲、急救技能培训、防火防灾安全知识普及，整理培训课件。</p><p>适合：善于表达、乐于分享，有急救、应急授课经验优先。</p><p> </p><p>提示：新队员入队之后先统一参加基础培训，之后结合个人意愿、身体条件与特长分配组别；不会相关技能也可以入队后系统学习。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"></p><section style="margin: 5px auto;
