margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">同学们、家长们：</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">寒假将至，为了提高全市中小学生及学生家长的防火意识，有效减少森林火灾的发生，携手度过一个安定、祥和的寒假、春节，我们特向全区中小学生及家长发出如下倡议：</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="color: #da252d; box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">一、森林防火、人人有责。</strong></span>森林防火事关人民群众生命财产和生态环境安全。每年1月1日至5月10日为全区春季森林防火期，在此期间，家长作为学生的监护人，要积极配合林业主管部门和学校，加强对子女的森林防火安全教育，把森林防火教育作为家庭教育的重要内容，不断强化孩子的防火安全意识和法律意识。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="color: #da252d; box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">二、加强约束，率先垂范。</strong></span>森林防火期内，请家长以身作则，并督促家中学生遵守《国务院森林防火条例》《重庆市森林防火条例》有关规定，不携带火种进山入林，不在森林和距离森林边缘100米范围内烧荒、烧秸秆、燃放烟花爆竹、吸烟、野炊、祭祀用火、投放空中移动火源和实施其他易引发森林火灾的行为。主动宣传森林防火知识，劝诫违法违规用火行为。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="color: #da252d; box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">三、习惯养成，从小做起。</strong></span>家长和学生要一起学习掌握森林火灾自救的基本常识。一旦遇到森林火情火灾，不得擅自扑救，要保持沉着冷静，不要慌乱，尽快避险逃生或等待救援，并立即拨打023-77777119森林火警电话报警或向当地政府部门报告。未成年人及未经训练的非专业人员，不得参加森林火灾扑救。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;
